All participants acknowledge and consent that photographs, video recordings, moving images, and/or audio recordings may be captured during the competition. Such materials may be used by the Organizer for event documentation, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, and communications relating to the competition and the Organizer’s activities through both online and offline media, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, printed materials, promotional materials, and other digital media.

Participants grant the Organizer permission to use, reproduce, publish, edit, and distribute such photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings for purposes related to the competition and the Organizer’s activities without further approval and without entitlement to any fee, royalty, compensation, or other payment, provided that such use is lawful and appropriate.

For any participant under 14 years of age, participation in the competition must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian. By providing such consent, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees, on behalf of the minor, to the photography, recording, and media-use terms stated above.

การยินยอมให้บันทึกและใช้ภาพถ่าย วิดีโอ และสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์

ผู้เข้าแข่งขันทุกคนรับทราบและยินยอมว่า ในระหว่างการจัดการแข่งขัน ผู้จัดงานอาจมีการบันทึกภาพถ่าย ภาพเคลื่อนไหว วิดีโอ และ/หรือเสียงของผู้เข้าแข่งขัน เพื่อใช้ในการบันทึกกิจกรรม การประชาสัมพันธ์ การโฆษณา และการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการแข่งขันและกิจกรรมของผู้จัดงาน ผ่านสื่อต่าง ๆ ทั้งในรูปแบบออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง เว็บไซต์ สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ และสื่อดิจิทัลอื่น ๆ

ผู้เข้าแข่งขันยินยอมให้ผู้จัดงานสามารถนำภาพถ่าย วิดีโอ และ/หรือเสียงดังกล่าวไปใช้ ทำซ้ำ เผยแพร่ ตัดต่อ หรือจัดทำเป็นสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการแข่งขันและกิจกรรมของผู้จัดงาน โดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาตเพิ่มเติม และโดยไม่มีค่าตอบแทน ค่าลิขสิทธิ์ หรือค่าชดเชยใด ๆ ทั้งนี้ การใช้สื่อดังกล่าวจะต้องเป็นไปเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายและเหมาะสม

สำหรับผู้เข้าแข่งขันที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 14 ปี การสมัครเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันจะต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากบิดา มารดา หรือผู้ปกครองตามกฎหมาย โดยผู้ให้ความยินยอมรับทราบและยอมรับเงื่อนไขการบันทึกและการใช้ภาพถ่าย วิดีโอ และ/หรือเสียงตามที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้นแทนผู้เยาว์

For team registrations, the coach, team manager, or team representative completing the registration (“Applicant”) shall be deemed to be submitting the registration on behalf of all members of the team.

By submitting the registration and completing payment of the registration fee, the Applicant confirms that all team members have been informed of the Competition Terms and Conditions, including the terms relating to photography, video and/or audio recording and the use of such materials, and that all necessary consents or permissions have been obtained from the team members.

Where any team member is a minor and parental or legal guardian consent is required, the Applicant confirms that such consent has been duly obtained prior to the participant’s participation in the competition, the participant’s parent or legal guardian, shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Payment of the registration fee constitutes the Applicant’s acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirmation that the Applicant has the necessary authority or permission to submit the registration on behalf of the team members.

การรับทราบและยอมรับข้อกำหนดในการสมัคร

การสมัครเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันในประเภททีม ให้ถือว่า โค้ช ผู้จัดการทีม หรือผู้แทนทีมที่ดำเนินการสมัคร (“ผู้สมัคร”) เป็นผู้ดำเนินการสมัครในนามของสมาชิกทุกคนในทีม

โดยการส่งใบสมัครและชำระค่าสมัคร ผู้สมัครรับรองว่าได้แจ้งข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการแข่งขัน รวมถึงเงื่อนไขเกี่ยวกับการบันทึกและการใช้ภาพถ่าย ภาพเคลื่อนไหว วิดีโอ และ/หรือเสียง ให้สมาชิกทุกคนในทีมทราบ และได้รับความยินยอมหรือการอนุญาตที่จำเป็นจากสมาชิกในทีมแล้ว

ในกรณีที่มีสมาชิกในทีมเป็นผู้เยาว์ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากบิดา มารดา หรือผู้ใช้อำนาจปกครอง ผู้สมัครรับรองว่าได้ดำเนินการให้ได้รับความยินยอมดังกล่าวเรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยได้อ่าน รับทราบ และยอมรับเงื่อนไขดังกล่าวแล้ว
